The answer above is very good, I would just add that the reasons for heart failure failire need to be addressed and this may mean a change of diet and the use of prescription drugs. We see the world of Swiss francs in chronic respiratory diseases .... so often a pressure chamber can not "answer" for a cure and may be harmful to be used, if, if certain conditions are met.
